We are working with a leading specialist provider of delivering quality complex care in the home setting.
The service supports adults and children who have complex health needs and require a high level of care and support at home, for example Clients who have an Acquired brain injury, Spinal injury, neurological conditions, other long-term conditions, Physical, and mental or learning disability.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Complex Care Nurse to join their highly experienced and professional national team.
Salary – £25 – £35k per annum plus car benefit depending on experience and your current skill set.
The main function of this role is to provide clinical governance and support to each package of care that falls within your caseload, write and review care plans reflecting all areas of health and social needs. Educate, train and support the Health care assistants so they can deliver quality, safe and effective care to the client on a day-to-day basis.
