We are working in conjunction with a reproductive health charity, best known for its abortion services which help 70,000 women a year.
They are looking to appoint a Clinical Registered Manager to be responsible for delivering and maintaining clinical excellence. This post is responsible for the Essex site and surrounding EMUs (early medical units).
About You
To be successful in this position you will meet the following criteria:
Registered Practicing General Nurse and Registered Midwife
Clinical and Managerial experience (Matron) at senior band 8a or equivalent level
Experience of managing high volume client pathways in a clinical environment
Proven track record of leadership and able to manage a team to include, identifying people, developing potential (via constructive feedback, development and encouragement), and performance management
