We are currently recruiting for a Home Manager for a Nursing home in Altrincham. This is an opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing healthcare companies in the sector.
The successful candidate will be managing a 56-bedded home which specialises in general and dementia nursing, residential and respite care for the elderly.
Person specification:
- Qualified RGN or RMN with active NMC pin
- 2+ years experience of managing a home
- Full UK driving license
- Very well organised and an excellent team player
- NVQ level 4 or 5 in management
- Understanding of the legal requirements
- Ability to deliver outstanding care for residents
