We are recruiting for a family orientated domiciliary care company who have high standards.  They are a relaxed but professional team and promote a friendly atmosphere and reward teamworking and positivity that leads to growth and profitability.

They handle a mix of privately paying Clients as well as NHS and Local authority Clients,

Duties Will Include

  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including Equality and Diversity, to ensure the aims and objectives of the organisation are met
  • To assist the Registered manager in all aspects of care management
  • Produce data for MI  and the accounts department as required
  • Assist with problems that may arise between Care Workers and Service Users effectively
  • To act always in a professional manner
  • To be able to work under pressure
  • To Communicate well to Management, Care Staff and Clients

Requirement from / offer to applicants

  • Minimum 1 years dom care coordination
  • Salary (Negotiable, and on experience) between £18,000 – £26,000 per year
  • On call duties required
    • 1 in 2 Saturdays (usually 8am-1pm)
  • Normal working hours 9am-5pm with 8am starts sometimes
  • Work from home sometimes
