For those who don’t know, Connect Care Recruitment is a boutique nursing recruitment agency which was founded by Kay Chhabra in April 2016. We recruit for nurses and healthcare professionals across the UK.
With 12 years’ prior experience in recruitment, Kay has built up a reputation of integrity and excellence with both candidates and clients alike. The emphasis on quality over quantity has been proudly maintained at Connect Care and is the reason many clients choose to work with us exclusively.
As a mum of 2, Kay also believes in work-life balance and offers flexible working to her employees, including work from home Fridays. As a result, she was recently nominated for Women’s Business Club’s Business Mum Award.
The team so far have been based out of the trendy head office in Ancoats, Manchester but due to growing success, we will be spreading our wings and expanding into the quirky Eanam Wharf offices as of the 16th March.
It’s a really exciting time for Connect Care. We have worked very hard to get to this point but we also LOVE what we do.
We will be setting an open day in the near future and inviting candidates and clients alike to pop into the new offices and say hello!
